Senior Project Manager for a strategic project

A customer had initiated a strategic project to update all hardware and related software in a large organization with more than 30 sites. One of the key targets was to introduce new communication and collaboration tools to the entire organization. The project was as much a communication and commercial project as a technical project with securing a smooth transition to the new tools.

The project was started immediately and finalized within timeline, which enabled the customer to continue with their digital transformation path.

International expertise

An industry leading customer was in the middle of the Rollouts of the group ERP when the Project Manager and IT Director resigned. They recruited an IT Director but wanted an outsourced Senior Project Manager with expertise in implementation in specific countries to take charge of finalizing the ERP Rollout implementations.

The assignment consisted of implementations in 4 countries. The customer was able to continue with their business improvement initiatives in parallel with the ERP Rollout project.

Delivery within critical timeline

An industry leading customer received green light for their M&A from the authorities and as a result a business transformation and ERP implementation project was immediately started. No qualifying project manager within the organization and partners could be found for immediate project launch of the migration and ERP implementation.

Our project manager jumped in and provided a project plan for a several country simultaneous migration/ERP implementation project. The capability to deliver a reliable plan for a multisite implementation came from previous experience. The project had a time critical aspect and was managed with focus on time. The go-live was achieved within timeline and the customer was able to continue with further business development initiatives in the group.
